Prior to Graduation, Lane worked with a non-profit radio ministry in Human Resources Marketing in Vienna, Austria, and volunteered with the non-profit ministry, Love In The Name of Christ, Inc. She also has professional experience in B2B & B2C Marketing and Customer Service. Lane holds certifications in Content Marketing, Inbound Marketing, Google Adwords, and Lean Management.
Lane strongly believes teens and youth are our future, and they are leaders in training that will someday lead our nation as well as our churches. Lane began working with youth at an early age, volunteering as an assistant pre-school teacher at her church when she was in middle school. During high school, Lane taught vacation Bible school classes and a middle school girl’s Bible study. Lane has also served as the AWANA Commander at her childhood church in Pennsylvania.
Lane strongly believes that investing in teens at such a pivotal point in their lives is essential. She believes these crucial years can be the “breaking” or the “making” point of who an individual becomes, the character they possess, and the purpose they strive to live out daily.
Lane and her husband Tyler were married in 2012. She has four “furbabies” named Copeland, Bazinga, Beau (cats) and Robbie (dog). She enjoys reading, writing, graphic design, networking, napping, and taking walks with her animals.
Brittany graduated from Toccoa Falls College in Toccoa Falls, GA in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in Counseling. She holds a Hubspot Inbound certificate, and is currently working to obtain both the Hubspot Inbound Marketing and Hubspot Social Media Marketing certificates. In 2018, she was privileged to participate in the Leadership Toccoa-Stephens County course, which is organized by the Stephens County Chamber of Commerce in Toccoa, GA.
Since beginning college in 2007, Brittany has thoroughly enjoyed working with teens both as a church volunteer and in a professional capacity. In 2015, she began working as the Dual Enrollment Coordinator for a local college, and has continued to work with youth in this capacity for the past three years. Before 2015, she worked with teenagers both through Young Life, and as a volunteer church youth leader. Brittany finds teenagers are eager to learn with a desire for meaningful relationships. She also believes the teenage years are some of the most formative in a young person’s life, and that it is crucial they have people to come alongside them to mentor and guide them into adulthood.
Brittany has been married to her husband, Jesse, since 2013. They are the proud parents of a little girl, and have one furbaby named “Dixie.”
She recently began practicing archery and loves the challenge it brings. Brittany is also heavily involved in weight training.
