The Shepherd’s Hill Academy Marketing Department hosted their first SHA Spirit Night on Thursday, July 27th at Chick-fil-A Restaurant in Cornelia, GA. The campaign, Eat More Chicken for a Cause was part of the Summer Dine Out Program to raise funds for the Shepherd’s Hill Academy Project Fund.
Staff, Students, Friends, Family, and the Community all came out to support the mission of Shepherd’s Hill Academy. Chick-fil-A contributed 10% of all eligible sales between 4pm and 8pm to SHA. All our guests needed to do was show up, mention Shepherds Hill, and Eat More Chicken! The Project Funds raised during this event have been designated to the Washer and Dryer fundraiser currently taking place.
Shepherd’s Hill Academy is in the final stages of fundraising for Industrial Washers and Dryers for the campus. With room for 36 students living onsite 24/7/365, you can imagine how laundry continues to stack up! These new efficient machines will not only make doing large amounts of laundry possible, but will increase energy savings as well! Plus, they’re great for washing large outdoor sleeping bags as we approach the winter season.
If you couldn’t make it out to Chick-fil-A with us, you can still help support our project! Click Here to Donate Online.
