We live in a culture that is becoming increasingly hostile to anything Christian.
An almost humorous term being used today, in reference to parenting, is the term “brainwashing.”
It’s not uncommon for Christian parents to be accused of indoctrinating their own kids with dangerous ideologies and beliefs.
But let’s look at this realistically. Someone or something is going to brainwash your child. If not the parent; who, or what, will do the “brainwashing?”
Realistically though, where are the critics finding their point of reference for parenting?
Brad and Angelina?
Aren’t they being just as brainwashed by our ever-changing pop-culture?
If choosing to proactively train our children in biblical principles is considered “brainwashing,” then I’m all for it. It sure beats the alternative cultural indoctrination.
