Shepherds Hill Academy (SHA) serves troubled teen boys ages 12-17, under the direction of Program Manager, Drew Embry. The Boys program features a Residential Therapeutic Program with a licensed Therapy team, a Wilderness Component, and a Fully Accredited Boarding School.
Shepherds Hill Academy accepts troubled teens year-round to the 12-month program located in the beautiful foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. Just 90 miles Northeast of Atlanta, SHA in Martin, Georgia provides the perfect backdrop for teens to find hope and healing.
An unplugged environment provides teens with a program that is conducive to healing. A virtual detox allows teens to build and develop character that will empower and enable them to learn healthy coping mechanisms and positive habits.
Drew, along with his Residential team, mentor students, providing guidance and teaching them skills and traits such as: hard work, dedication, integrity, and loyalty.
