After the initial inquiry, if you feel that Shepherds Hill Academy is right for your family, please follow the steps below.

** We do not charge an application or admission fee. **

Step 1: Submit Application

After talking to us, and deciding if your child should be enrolled at Shepherd’s Hill Academy, we will need an explanation of your child’s situation and other pertinent information about your family. To get us this information you will need to complete and submit the Application Form, which is free of charge.

The application will help us to accurately understand your family’s situation and to determine if your child will be accepted. Please fax (706) 779-5052 or mail the document to Shepherd’s Hill Academy.

Step 2: Complete Before Acceptance Enrollment Requirements

Once you have submitted the Application Form, there are additional “Before Acceptance” Enrollment Requirements that you must fulfill so we may be properly informed when making the decision to accept your child.

Upon completion of the Application Form and the “Before Acceptance” Enrollment Requirements, the Shepherds Hill Academy admissions team will review the information to determine if we are a good fit for your son or daughter. Please note this can be a quick process in a crisis situation.

Once an admission decision has been made, you will receive a prompt phone call from the Shepherds Hill Academy admissions team.

Step 3: Finalize Preparations

Once your child has been accepted into Shepherd’s Hill Academy, you will need to prepare for their transportation to our campus. You will need to provide us with all the information listed in the “After Acceptance” section in the Enrollment Requirements. For your convenience, we have provided you with a Needs list of what your child will need for the duration of their stay, among resources for transportation if you feel it is needed. You can find all the information to finalize your preparations in the “After Acceptance” section in the Enrollment Requirements.
